Innocent remarks How do you stop asking all the time "what did you mean by that" or "do you really think that" when an innocent remark was made to them? For example: (1) How would Rebecca not ask "do you really think that" when Rebecca brought up the weight, her mother did not, which made her mother say what she did; (2) How do I not say to my mom "what did you mean by that" when my mom made an innocent remark that she will not buy the salmon any more because it was expensive and I didnt finish it (it was a small piece); (3) And with the Jewelry how do I not say "do you really think that" when my mom never says anything about it unless I bring it up.

maybe its just a habit I mean everytime I hear things that are random, or what I don't wish to hear I'll be like "huh huh, what what, wait a minute, and repeat what they said haha I kno its whack, but hey its a habit that now I still haven't stopped. You have control over what you want to say and want you don't "wish" to say. You can figure it out.
PS. Or just talk to ya mom . If you feel like she doesn't care make her care, and listen to you ]
