How do you fill out a w-9 form for youtube partnership?

I need to submit my w9 form info, to that they can release my acount to be get paid... I don't understand how to fill it out. Does that mean I have to pay taxes at the end of the year from the money I make from youtube?
if I submit one do I have to pay taxes myself or will the taxes be deducted once I receive my money on paypal?

I cheated on my boyfriend of 8 years for a period of a year and a half with a guy at work and two times with a guy half my age. He knew before i told him and still took care of my kids that he has helped raised. He has had a meth problem but was clean for 5 years but went back to it and left for about 4 months. Now that he is back and we are trying he thinks that things are going on here at the house all the time. He has gotten high a couple times since then and when he does it gets really bad. I am not doing anything but he has recorded some voices that i have no clue about and i dont know what to tell him. He is going crazy and i understand but i really havent done anything in over a year. What do i do? Are we totally doomed?

I am 24 years old and I think i might be pregnant here is my problem my mom says that I have the mind of a 13 year old legally she has court ordered custody of me and has papers saying that I cannot take care of myself and i afraid that if i am pregnant she will be able to force me to have an abortion or give the baby up for adoption because we don't have the money to take care of a baby right now my mom is sick and had to retire earlier from her job because she was sick and could no longer work the boss drove her home that day and said come back when your better but she never did get better. we don't have any room for a baby we live in a 2 bedroom house 1 bathroom and we already have 3 kids living with us that my mom has custody of. Old volunteer experience. Include time period or not at all?

I'm fixing up my resume for job searches, but there is no job experience to include and my volunteer work is a few years old. Should I include the time period at all, or will that go against me? If I should include the time period, is just the years ok or MUST I include months as well? I am unsure of the months - they would be random guesses at best.

Do I love him?

I love my boyfriend a lot. I feel it in my heart, and I know it's true. But strangely I'm not in a constant state of love. I'm generally a cold person, and sometimes I feel nothing at all. I feel hollow like an empty shell. And when I feel like that I don't feel any love or anything at all for that matter. Do I love him? And should I reply with "I love you too" when he says he loves me and I don't feel love at that moment? I always know deep in my heart that my love for him is immense. I love him to death. I am so confused. Has anyone had such an experience? Is it normal? I don't know what to think and it irks me that I can't always love him. I want to.

I recently went to my gynecologist for the annual Pap test and to receive treatment for a yeast infection (I had been itching the area quite a bit so some soreness as a result). I didn't realize until today that about one inch below the opening of my vagina (one one side),directly left of the bottom part of the vaginal opening, there is a lump underneath the skin. It's pretty small, about the size of a pea, and feels sore when pressed. I have had a cyst directly on the vulva a few years back, which drained on it's own. This may be the same kind of thing, but is deeper underneath the skin and slightly harder to the touch.
