how do i diet?

ok there are all kinds of good diets and stuff but..the problem is that alot of the foods that they include are things i dont like!!
like salads when i have a salad it ends up being a soup because of ranch (im not a big fan of salads) && i dont like a lot of vegez!! does any one know i good diet that doesnt include a lot of saladz and a bunch of vegies??

im 15/f and i weight 137 and i amm like 5'3 or 5'2 and i wanna get down to 110-115 ppounds before bathing suit season and i wanna get a flat stomach so if anyone can think of a good diet or w.e thatd be greatt..thankyouuuu !

okay so i hate school becuz i dont get anything! and so most of the time my friends just give me there papers to copy off of and whenever i read a book or something i always dooze off and daydream and so then ive got no idea wat i just read and i can never get myself to do my homework like idk if im just reallly lazy or something but i just get frusterated when im doing it and have to take a break but then i never go back to doing it i just tell myself ill do it tomarow. is there anyway to change my habits since im already farrr behind. and how do i confront my parents about this?

I've asked this before but let me clarify before getting more answers that won't help me that much. There's this girl, let's call her Jenny. Jenny and I were okay friends in 6th and 7th grade. At the end of 7th grade we were really good friends. But over the summer she did things that was hypocritical and such that got us to drift apart and we had a horrible history in 8th grade. I was talking to my guy friend that I have a crush on and I asked him if he'd been gone the previous weekend because I'd called him and left a message with his brother but he never called me back. He asked why I called him I and I told him because my cousin wanted me to bring him on a double date, and he said ok and turned back to his work. he started passing me notes that said stupid stuff on them, and then like 45 minutes later he passed me a note with his cell number and said that he wasn't home very much so if I wanted to get a hold of him to call his cell. Do guys normally arbitrarily give girls their cell numbers, or do you think it had something to do with my reason for calling?

me and my boyfriend have had sex three times and he was my first. the first two times it hurt a lot, which i know its supposed, and the third time it still hurt a little but not as much, but it still didnt feel good at all. i thought after the 2nd or 3rd time its supposed to feel good. whats going on?

i need help w/ this math problem:
Ed has a car needing repair. he has researched repari shops and found that Franks Body Shop charges a flat fee of $350 for any size job. manuels fix-it right shop cahrges a flat fee of $100 plus a rate of $50/hour. At what "repair time" would the two repari shops charge an equal amount? Who sould Ed employ if he know the repair will take 1 hour? who should he employ if the repairs will take 3 hours?
i have to define variables, write a system of equations and graph the system of equations, and solve the system of equations.
i got the following so far:
y=fee, x=cost
frank...... y=$350
Manuel..... y=50(x)+100
i dont...
