losing weighhhht

im 15/f and i weight 137 and i amm like 5'3 or 5'2 and i wanna get down to 110-115 ppounds before bathing suit season and i wanna get a flat stomach so if anyone can think of a good diet or w.e thatd be greatt..thankyouuuu !

ok
eat about 1200-1500 calories a day.
and do at least 1hr of cardio something (swimming, running dancing etc.)
but if you swim, dont just sit in the pool, you have to swim laps lol.
and after cardio then you do sit ups and crunches or w/e.

BUT dont only do crunches b/c that will only make your stomach muscle stranger but wont burn fat.

for a flater stomach, i would suggest crunches, i'm also 15/f and started doing crunches a few weeks ago, and i see a major difference in my stomach. i was 140 and have dropped 10 pounds already, and i'm 5'4.

for the diet thing, do not try and skip meals! it slows down your matabalism aka you loose less weight. just eat more vegtables and stay away from fryed foods. P.S. breakfast is the most important meal to eat because it starts your matabolism, so if you do have to miss a meal, miss supper.

try the special k diet.

it works for me :)

all you do is eat two bowls of Special K, and then the third meal can be whatever (just under 500 calories though). and you can loose up to 6lbs (a jean size) in two weeks!

yup yup. that great :D

as for excersises, just do some push ups and take a thirty minute walk every day/every other day.
