working out i want to get abs by this summer. i'm a girl, and i'm 15. is it ok to do about 5 different ab excersises mon-friday about 20 of each..equaling about 100 abw/o's a day? my friend thats a guy says that i should do it every other day to let my muslces rest and stuff...

i just have a little meat from the holidays

yeah you can do wat your doin now but you will need lots of time to let your muscles rest from working out so much and you will have to drink a lot of water to keep your body movin so keep doin wat you doin jus don't forget da essentials ]

but make sure your running, or doing some kind of cardio too, or else all your hard work on your abs will not be visible and will be hidden under a layer of fat. ]
make sure that you walk about 30 minutes a day to burn the fat that is on your ab area, so that you will be able to see the six pack underneath the extra fat from the holidays.just mske sure you do some type of heart pumping exercise for at least 30 minutes a day along with the ab training. along with eating 4 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up for burning fat, too.i used to be an aerobics instructor. it does you no good to over do it on the ab training if you dont get your heart rate up at least 30 mins a day to burn the fat lying on top of your abs hiding all the hard work youve done to your ads in the first place. it works!!!!! ]
