i need help and fast!

I have a dance competion around the time I will be getting my period and I need to know how to put tampons in.
I have the cardboard kind. So please don't say to get the plastic ones because I already have two boxes of the cardboard ones.
I tried but it kind of hurt. I know I was putting it in the right place though.

im a 16 yr old female, 5'7 and about 120-125 lbs depending on what day it is lol. im slender built i guess but im pear shaped and id like to tone up before summer and especially around my stomach/legs and maybe lose some weight in there. if i do 200-400 crunches a night about how quick will i see results? and what are some good leg exercises besides lunges and squats? i was told not to do too much cardio because i dont need to lose a lot of weight so ill only do that a few times a week maybe. the last season i played soccer [8th grade.. im now in 10th] that really got me in shape and i was down to about 115 lbs and everyone said how good i looked [i didnt look anorexic or anything trust me] so id like to look like that again. any suggestions?

would be a great oppurtunity to start with

of my best friends is a guy, and the other is

15/f. Okay...this is quite complicated. But I'll try and explain. Okay...I joined an online forum (namely a 'Queen Fans' forum) and I met a guy there. Let's call him Freddie. Freddie is 18 and lives in Canada. I, myself, live in the states (farthest state from Canada lol). Well, I've known him (online, "Msn, AIM, etc") for about 7 months now. And him and I have gotten really close, like we've chatted, and sent pictures, talked on the phone, etc. I REALLY like him, and I think he's fond of me too. I have a very slender (kind of too skinny) figure and people keep telling me that I should put on about 10 pounds. I think the only good body part I have is my legs----if I put on 10 pounds, would my legs, like, fill out and not look as good?

Pregnancy dealing with Anal Sex

Hi! I am 18 years old and still a virgin. My boyfriend and I tried out anal sex for the first time and the condom broke without us realizing it and he ejaculated. I'm not sure if there was sperm around the anus b/c it was bloody. As soon as we realized what had happend I wiped what I could away from front to back and with a different towel each time. Then I grabbed some hand sanitizer and wiped it from front to back as well. I had read online that hand sanitizer will kill sperm instantly. Then I ran down to the bathroom and peed and squeezed as much sperm out of me as I could. My period last month started on the 27th which means I am now on the 26th day of my cycle. What do you think my risk of pregnancy is?

school dances .. not formal

how do you dance at a schoool dance? im in 7th grade and its nothing fancy--u can wear sweats or jeans and a T or something. and they play normal rap or hip hop and stuff like that. there arent any slow songs. but when ever i try just dancing i feel like everyones staring at me even though no one is. lol

Movie/Video making Application

I've been using windows movie maker to make videos and frankly, it sucks, especially on my laptop. it lags, it freezes, etc etc and it's a pain-in-the-ass to use in editting.
So i'm wondering does anyone know a better video/movie making/editting program? Maybe one i can download free (if not its okay)? I have to make a video for an end of the school year project so any suggestions asap would be amazing!

Hey everbody!! Well, I am 14/f and I really am wanting some really cool clothes and jewelry. I'm tired of wearing what everyone else wears.. Aeropostale and Hollister. Thats where pretty much ALL of my clothes are,and everyones clothes in school are. I want something cute, fun and flirty, and not just all labels. I also want something that no one else really has. something original and uniqe (sp?). Also, nothing too expensive, I'm not rich or anything. haha! but, anyways, if anyone knows where I can find some cute clothes please let me know. If this helps- I like all different colors, but I have dark brown hair, so something that looks good with my hair color. Also, I usually wear a Large or XL for shirts. my dad always blames stuff on me. like he'll blame be if he cant find a shirt saying that i lost it. or its my fault the laundry is on top of the dryer. and i made a mess of the kitchen - when all i ever do is clean up after a house full of slobs. one time he told me it was all my fault that it was RAINING. and that i ruined the day. my dad is crazy. serouisly everything is MY fault when 3/4 of the time it isnt!
