im a 16 yr old female, 5'7 and about 120-125 lbs depending on what day it is lol. im slender built i guess but im pear shaped and id like to tone up before summer and especially around my stomach/legs and maybe lose some weight in there. if i do 200-400 crunches a night about how quick will i see results? and what are some good leg exercises besides lunges and squats? i was told not to do too much cardio because i dont need to lose a lot of weight so ill only do that a few times a week maybe. the last season i played soccer [8th grade.. im now in 10th] that really got me in shape and i was down to about 115 lbs and everyone said how good i looked [i didnt look anorexic or anything trust me] so id like to look like that again. any suggestions?

Its almost as easy to run on sand but since when you push off, the sand gives below you, you need to pick up your legs more and so it gets you super toned, super fast. you could drag your friends over and play beach football or beach volleyball. or, if you have a dog, running around with your dog can be great motivation and great excersize. if you dont have a dog, you could borrow a friends. eat a healthy breakfast every morning. stay away from jusk foods and heavy sauces. dont eat anything after 6 or 7 o'clock at night. a few good excersizes to do would be
1. try putting a pillow between your knees and squeeze them together really hard 20 times fast. you can do it without the pillow to.
2. lie doun on your side with your bottom leg bent (ex. if your on your left side the left leg is bent) and lift up your top leg 20 times. then switch sides.
3. for your stomach, try keeping it sucked in all the time. jsut not when your hungry or youll be even hungrier! lol but u get used to it and it gives you muscle tone
