It all depends on what the guy thinks. I mean for example I may think that really pale skin and dark hair on a guy is hot while my friend thinks really tan guys with blonde hair is hot. Its all about what the guy personally thinks is "hottt"

Different guys have different tastes. Some of them will prefer lighter, while others will prefer darker. In my opinion, and as I know of most guys, skin color really isn't an issue. I'm sure you're fine.
However, I'm also obligated to give you the true cliche... It's really all about personality. Sure, physical appearance can serve as a sort of initial hook, but the right guy for you will be the one who likes your mind better.
