healthy breakfast i'm on i diet and i want to lose 20 lbs. what are a few healthy cereals without too much sugar and stuff like that, that i can eat every morning that are good for diets? please name a few because i get sick of eating the same cereal every morning, thanks!

Special K is good for loosing weight (it comes in different flavors too, such as strawberry, vanilla nut, berries & yogurt, & plain).
Quaker makes an oatmeal specifically for people watching their weight, called Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal. It comes in at least 3 flavors: Banana Bread,Maple & Brown Sugar, & Cinnamon.

No cereal is good for any diet unless it's oatmeal or farina. ]
The best cereal is by Kashi because its full of protein and fiber. Protein is what sheds the pounds bc its digested very slowly by the body and it keeps you full longer. If you start out your diet with a lot of protein, you wont be over eating later in the day. Also, I recommend the kashi bars too (the 180 calories ones) bc they too are loaded with fiber and low on carbs..eat those especially if you work out, they are amazing! Special K is also pretty good but I personally dont like the taste, i'de definatly go for kashi bc 1 cup of cereal with half a cup of skim milk is under 200 calories and it tastes really good :) ]
