i'm on i diet and i want to lose 20 lbs. what are a few healthy cereals without too much sugar and stuff like that, that i can eat every morning that are good for diets? please name a few because i get sick of eating the same cereal every morning, thanks!
Quaker makes an oatmeal specifically for people watching their weight, called Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal. It comes in at least 3 flavors: Banana Bread,Maple & Brown Sugar, & Cinnamon.

Protein is what sheds the pounds bc its digested very slowly by the body and it keeps you full longer. If you start out your diet with a lot of protein, you wont be over eating later in the day. Also, I recommend the kashi bars too (the 180 calories ones) bc they too are loaded with fiber and low on carbs..eat those especially if you work out, they are amazing! Special K is also pretty good but I personally dont like the taste, i'de definatly go for kashi bc 1 cup of cereal with half a cup of skim milk is under 200 calories and it tastes really good :) [ MYLOVExx's advice column | Ask MYLOVExx A Question ]
