Hello. I don't have eating disorder, but I keep burning calories. Ever since I sae Mean Girls in 05, I saw Regina George gaining wieght. I too want to gain weight that fast. But I don't know where to find them. Or how much they'll cost. Also, will it tast like other candy bars? Is ther achohol in it. Because if there is, then I'll try something else. Oh yaeh, I'm 13.

Hi my name is Heather and I am (15)-(145 lbs)
I have been struggling with my weight for five years. I need to know HOw to tone down. I use wieghts but the more I use I gain mussle mass. I know it is good. I don't want to become mussle women. I just need to know how to tone down my mussles and still lose weight. I am very athletic I run every day, I eat every four to five hours what am I doing wrong.

I'm 16 and i'm really unhappy with my weight. I'm pretty short which makes me look even bigger. [i'm about 5'1 and 160 pounds] does anyone know a healthy, fast way to lose weight? i want to lose at least 15 pounds.

Okay, since school ended i've gained about 10 pounds, but I don't look any different from when school ended. When I ask my family and friends if they think I gained weight, they say "no."
I've tryed exerizing to get rid of the extra weight, but somehow I've gained more, but non of it is showing.
My friends are saying I'm overreacting and that they've all noticed I've gotten stronger since the summer began and that it's just muscel weight, but I don't know.
Do you think there right?

I know there's a million of these questions, and I'm really sorry for that, but I need to loose about 10-15kg by December.
I don't have much time to exercise, but I can eat healthy.
The exercise I do right now is an hour of squash every other day. Also tennis couple of times a week, depending on the weather, and my plans.
Any advice on how to loose this weight would be much appreciated.

how can i stay active until school starts? i don't want to get lazy and i don't want to gain wieght. i just finished summer p.e. (which i had to take because i never did as a freshman) and i enjoyed the experience. we streched and did sit-ups and push-ups,walked a mile everyday, then ran various tracks, played two different sports, hit the wieght room and got home before noon. i actually got healthier! but now that it's over, how do i keep this way? i don't have many recourses at home...no wieght room nor do i have 9 siblings to play basketball with. i can walk up to a mile on the tracks behind my house, but what else can i do. i will probably only have access to a gym or pool about once a week. and i have a month before school, so a month when i won't be super bus. any suggestions?

Well I'm 15, heading into my sophomre year and i am so sick of how i look. i need some advice about what would look good on me. im overweight and trying to lose that, i have no butt (completely flat) somewhat big boobs, and sorta long legs. i wear mostly blue jeans or shorts, t t-shirts and my sneakers or flip flops. i want someting that is comfortable and kinda dressy, without going over the top. i have just past my shoulder brownish red hair, and blue eyes. do any of you know a few stores with cute, and cheap (my dad drives a truck so we rarely have a bunch of cash) clothes that might look ok with my body? please i need help, school for me starts the 8th of august

im 13 and about 30 pounds overweight.
i want to lose 10-20 pounds by august 27.
problem is, i just like to eat. sometimes i even eat when im not hungry.
and i dont like heavy exerccising.
any tips? please help..
easy excercising would be fine.

I'm 16/f, weigh around 120, and I'm 5'4. I know I don't need to lose weight but I have a problem coming to terms with the size of my thighs. I used to play soccer and still currently run track. My thighs are huge (muscular) and constantly people are telling me that I look like a gymnast and such. I hate it so much, I wish my thighs were smaller yet still muscular. Running doesn't help haha it only makes me more muscular while not downsizing the size of my thighs. I'm guessing the only way for them to become smaller is to change my diet? Or would that not work? And if it could work, what changes should I make to my diet to lose the extra leg? Thanks :)

heeyyy...
i barely ever get hungry, but whenever im at home i just snack &&snack on whatever i can find! then im not hungry for dinner, but i eat a good sized meal anywayy. i know i'm not "fat", but i know i could have a nicer body if i could kick the snack attackk!!! i'm a dancer, so i get excercise ((i have class 3 times a week plus i practice on my own sometimes)) also, i'm going on a cruise in about 4 weeks. the only part of my body that i have a problem with is my belly... its not amazing. i already do sit ups every night, but do you have any suggestions to lose a little weight in a few weeks? please, dont just say "as long as your healthy it's ok." thanks, mandee!!! <333

OK so i just graduated 8th grade and am going into my freshmen year. I did cheerleading when I was 7 up to when i was 12. I was the best on my team.
I have been having practices at the HS I'm going into and I don't feel like I'm good enough.
The other girls can do so much more than me. I was a flyer all my life and I can't do half the stunts that they do.
I can't get my jumps high enough and I don't know why.
Tryouts are right around the corner and I want more than anything to make the team.
Help?!?!?! please!!!

See how her one side is like out. OKay thats what both of mine look like, but mine is fatty tissue. I have a flat stomach, but my hip area seems to be getting bigger. What are some exercises I can do to help them get smaller. I guess it would be love handles, but its main the sides, and not my back area love handles haha. thank you!!
oh, I already do exercises. Im in gymnastics, I'm a cheerleader, and we do crunches and what not. I did run track, so maybe from not running I'm getting them now?

ive always been kind of bigger than my friends and im really getting sick of it. people make fun of me because im not super skinny and i hate it.
ive tried dieting and exercising, but nothing seems to work. what should i do? :(
