Zone in, into your food. Savour every bite, and enjoy the flavour. Chew atleast 25 times, untill the food becomes liquid, and put your knife and fork down whilst chewing, and untill you have swallowed. you will not believe how much this helps.
after you have eaten, brush, or have gum straight away (preferebely brush your teeth). the cleanliness prevents you from wanting more food.
If you have a craving, have fruit, or a glass of water, or even better, imagine what you want (e.g. chocolate) and imagine it in the most disgusting state. hairs all over it, a spitoon emptied on it, maggonts crawling over it. This is a proven technique to stop cravings. this isnt my advice, tis the advice of Paul Mckenna. follow these steps..they really do help :0 [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
xoashhx33 answered Monday July 28 2008, 12:51 am: just be strict.
no eating an hour and a half before bed.
no seconds on a decent sized dinner.
or, if possible
eat breakfast at like 11 and a good sized lunch at like 2:30 that will hold you over till dinner and have a small snack of crackers or graham crackers an hour and a half before bed. [ xoashhx33's advice column | Ask xoashhx33 A Question ]
