AS for eating, all you need to do is eat fruit in the morning, with maybe an egg or two and some toast. Have a salad for lunch, thats your vegetables for you, and make sure you eat a some kind meat a day. All you have to do, is just cut back a little of your meal proportions, and eat more veggies and fruit. That will knock off lbs for you really soon, b/c your body wil adjust to the healthy food and exercise, which in turn will take off lbs in like 2-3 weeks.
