Kori15 answered Thursday July 24 2008, 2:56 am: I use to hate exercising too.
What you have to do is set a goal for yourself.
For example, try being competitive with yourself and try to run a mile under 10 minutes (or any time amount) then as you continue to exercise try to lower the time you have to complete the mile and see how fast you get!
Also, you could listen to high powered/energizing songs while you exercise because they should get you hyped up and more in the mood to run and jump around.
Or you could just be like my friend and if you go to a public gym, look for a hot guy/girl to look at (haha). But it honestly does motivate her to go to the gym (since she HATES working out) because she wants to see one of the trainers there that she thinks is "amazing".
Goals will help you the most in staying motivated to work out.
I hope this is the type of motivation you were looking for. =]
With Love,
