bring someone with you that will exorsize with you. my cheer team has a trainer and he does the exorsizes with us an it motivates us when we have someone with us not just saying "push it" "fight for it" "you can do it" but shoing us that he's willing to do it with us. also music helps motivate too.

i've been in cheer for about a year and i have always been a back base in stunting. this year i want to learn side basing. i am doing main base actually. i've done it a few times so i know how to do it, but its still a little difficult. i know how to use my arms and legs and NOT my back, but its still hard. when i have to base liberties, and all the weight is on me, and i have to go from the ground all the way up, it kills my back! i use my legs and arms as much as i can but no matter what i always am sore when i get home. i do back stretches and strengthening, but until that starts working, any advice for while i'm stunting? i already have bad back problems in my family, and this will make it worse for me when im older! stunts are a group effort. everyone has their own job. maybe the other bases arent holding their weight. the flier needs to hold her weight and the backspot and the other base have to hold their weight too . there is no reason why you should be holding all of the weight. your parteners should be supporting you. tell them to. hopew i helped

i have been cheerleading since i was six. all of my friends always tell me how jealous they are because of how good i am. so this time cheerleading tryouts came around and this is the first year i can try out for the actual school squad. originally my friends didnt want to try out (when i say friends im only talking about my 2 best friends) but i convinced them they should. so when trouts came i performed my best and looked neat only to find out i didnt make it. i know this sounds cocky but im seriously not used to not making anything. i have never been this disappointed. i wanted it so bad. the worst part is my friends made it. I am little overweight. definitly not like alot but definitley a little. i kinda think the judges are prejudice about that and maybe thats why i didnt make it. i really did perform great. and i am really not trying to be cocky im just trying to tell my feelings. does anyone know how to deal with this?? im so shook up and upset. i wanted this so bad. please help with anything.

gurl i went through something similar. like we had cheerleading tryouts about two weeks ago and i made varsity freshman year sophmore year and jr year now i'll be a senior next year and they put me on jv. i felt i did my best. but i still didn't make varsity and it's really embarassing. i'm trying out again over the summer. but i just accepted it and dealt with it. spend this year further perfecting your cheerleading i know youve been cheering since u were six but more practice wouldn't hurt. Take some tumbling classes and perfect that.Just make sure next year they have no reason not to put you on the squad. also try out for a competative squad if you want. and nicely ask the coaches why you didn't make it so you know what you need to work on. don't let it get you down just keep busy.

bigger boobs arent always better. i'm a year older than u and i'm small but i have big boobs like 34d. I wish that i was a 32b. think of it this way. you can wear things that they can't. i wish i could wear a halter top but i have to wear a bra all the time and not all stapless bras work 4 me. And i have back aches alot. whatever i wear i have to think about my boobs. My mom makes me buy large shirts insted of medium because she doesn't want my boobs to look so big. it's alot of worry. If they don't grow don't worry consider youself lucky. Don't be self consious . embrace everything you are.

Ok so what's the deal on hair extensions? whats the average cost? and can you treat them like your own hair and they wont fall off if say you're swimming or someone pulls on them by accident? what exactly do they do to put them on, cuz i dont really get it. Do they glue hair onto your own, and doesn't this damage hair? Ive been thinking of getting them but im hesitant... if you've had them before, advice is appreciated! thanks =] (link)

I like hair extentions they're a great way to give you real hair a break to grow. the cost depends on how you get them put in. But a full head sew in is over $100. There are different ways you can get them put in. Sew in's- they braid your real hair and sew the extentions into the braids. this is the best way to get your extentions in my opinion. Another way they put them in is to glue the tracks of hair to your scalp. and the third way is to get it bonded to your hair. that is explained on this website http://www.saloneastnyc.com/extensions
it depens on what kind of hair you use wether you can swim with it in. Getting it glued in is not a good idea in the summer time with the heat and the water. I had a sew-in and it lasted for two months. i liked it. i got human hair that was exactly the same shade as my hair and people really thought it was my hair it looked really natural. you can wash your hair with bonded hair and a sew in but you cant when you get it glued in.

i love bangs they're really cute. i think you should do it. i'm getting one this week myself i plan on getting it long enough to where if i don't like the way it looks on me i can curl it to my usual sidesweep. they should be easy to manage over the summer. bangs and ponytails are really cute for summer.
