small boobs
i have really small boobs, im already 16 and all of my friends + girls younger than me have bigger boobs than me..
i'm only a 32B
:/ and that's bad.. for being 16
i wear push up bras, but they dont seem to help very much.
can you please give me some suggestions on bras, and advice to make them grow bigger.. im afraid they won't grow anymore & i'm really self conscious..

bigger boobs arent always better. i'm a year older than u and i'm small but i have big boobs like 34d. I wish that i was a 32b. think of it this way. you can wear things that they can't. i wish i could wear a halter top but i have to wear a bra all the time and not all stapless bras work 4 me. And i have back aches alot. whatever i wear i have to think about my boobs. My mom makes me buy large shirts insted of medium because she doesn't want my boobs to look so big. it's alot of worry. If they don't grow don't worry consider youself lucky. Don't be self consious . embrace everything you are.

Bigger breast aren't always better. If people give your friends more attention due to it and base their beauty off of it. Then for the sake of your own self-a-steam then don't hang around them.

Bras don't last as long and get more stretched out
Jiggle when running
Perverts will hang around you more
and the list just goes on
I would love to be back down to a B. I go through bras like crazy and I'm sick of having to walk everywhere I go for fear some old man's eyes might wander.
But if you're that desperate save up for implants. Though I wouldn't suggest that. might be safer just to get that old tissue box.

What? A 32B is BAD for being 16? You're kidding, right? There is no way that you can make your breasts grow bigger through diet supplement, special formulated drink, or 'trick'. The only way to make your breasts grow bigger:
a] Weight gain.
b] Push up bra.
c] Boob job. [highly un-recommended]
Honestly? Lots of my guy friends have girlfriends with smaller boobs. I really don't think that guys care, and in this case, I think that you're trying to attract male attention. Breast size is based on genetics & hormones. If your mom/aunt/sister have big breasts/small breasts, then it's likely that you will have their breast size. Sorry, but at the moment, there is no magical way to make your breasts grow bigger. Again, sorry.

I know some girls who are your size at 25. There's nothing wrong with breasts that size. In fact, some men prefer them.
The only way I know of (I'm a guy) to make them grow bigger is to gain weight, and I do not recommend that route. Just enjoy what you got.

First of all, everyone is different. And to tell you the truth my friend is in your position, except for the opposite. She wishes she has small boobs. Everyone developes at a different time, and there is absolutely nothing you to do to increase your breast size, except implants which are totally stupid for they could damage your health and are just plain dangerous. You do not know what could go wrong, for all you know you could end up way WORSE off. All i can give you for advice, is be yourself, dont compare yourself to the girls who have big boobs because they all have something they are insecure about.
