See how her one side is like out. OKay thats what both of mine look like, but mine is fatty tissue. I have a flat stomach, but my hip area seems to be getting bigger. What are some exercises I can do to help them get smaller. I guess it would be love handles, but its main the sides, and not my back area love handles haha. thank you!!
oh, I already do exercises. Im in gymnastics, I'm a cheerleader, and we do crunches and what not. I did run track, so maybe from not running I'm getting them now?

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and hands down by your side. Lean to your right and touch just below your right knee with that right hand. Don't bend forward to do so and don't bend your knees. Then do the left side. Touch below your left knee with your left hand.
Do 25 each side, 50 total.
You won't feel much while you're doing them, but the next morning my sides are always sore.
