ive always been kind of bigger than my friends and im really getting sick of it. people make fun of me because im not super skinny and i hate it.
ive tried dieting and exercising, but nothing seems to work. what should i do? :(

I had to go to a party and my dress wouldn't fit so I lost about ten pounds. All I did was confuse my merabolism. I did that by following the 2,500 calories a day rule.
I decided to eat only 2,500 calories a day and I got skinnier. That happens because your body expects more but when you have less it burns more fat other than dieting. I fyoukeep doing that you will lose weight. You just keep excising every day for about an hour and you will be healthy and look great.
