Try doing swimming, its very very good for loosing calories but not making you all bulky cos its a fairly low impact sport and won't strain your muscles so much as running might in your legs because you are using all your muscles in swimming.
Hope that helps xx

My question to is: Do you look overweight? By that I mean are your legs big AND flabby, is your stomach flabby, are your arms flabby? Because quite frankly, your weight could be due to having a lot of muscle. You can't go by weight anymore because if you have a lot of muscle then you're not overweight, you're just muscular. If you don't look overweight and your in shape then why do you need to tone down? Even if you look overweight, I bet you don't look that overweight especially if you're as fit as you say you are. It's okay to have muscle and be muscular. It seems to me that you're just a muscular person, but at any rate I will now answer your question :)

1) Yoga and Pilates help lengthen muscle, so the body looks leaner and thinner.

2) Eat 3-5 small meals to keep your metabolism up. Count the number of calories you take in to make sure you're not overeating and try to keep the calores inbetween 1500 and 1800 because you excercise frequently.

3) You're already good on the excercise, so good for you in that area :)

I hope things work out for you, but if you're not at a health risk then don't worry about your body. Trust me, people really don't care.
