are my friends trying to ignore me?

Every time I want to talk to my friends, I have to go up to them myself and talk to them. They never go to me to talk. None of them!! Whenever I am on AIM, nobody ever IMs me unless I IM them first. Same thing goes with any situation and I am sick and tired of that, because I wish I didn't have to start the conversation all the time.
I do ask them why they don't talk to me first, but then they say, "I am sorry. I'll do it next time" but they never do!!
What's going on and what can I do??

you know on piczo you can have a back ground colour to your font? what's the html for that? I think it's like <background colour=""> but i think that'll make it the back ground colour to the page

I'm going to a family party today and my mom wants me to wear stockings because it's going to be cold out. I'm wearing a skirt above my knees and flats though, so wouldn't that be so weird looking? Do teens wear stockings anymore?! I thought only little kids and grandmas did. Well this is what i'm asking:
1. Would stockings look strange? In my opinion, I think it would ruin my whole outfit, but I want your input. (They would be black stockings)
2.If they do look strange, whats a way to keep my legs warm until I get to the party? Thanks!

Ok this guy was new in school and we clicked from the start. he liked me. i liked him. so we flirted. i lead him on. but the second time we spoke i make it clear i dont date. after that we continued flirting talkin getin to know each other. towards recent we were both like OMG she knows me to well and i was like wow he responds to me like no other. Hello, a friend of mine is very cute. He has a girl friend. He always complains to me, that while making out with her, his girl friend does not seem much horny!!! Jail & Court - ever been in this experience?

So, I was driving somewhere I didn't really know and completely lost. I did the whole slow down when you pass the streetsign to make sure it is the street that I want deal.
Cops pulled me over and cited me for driving below the limit (about 10 under) improper turn and improper passing.
Course, you don't drive slow unless you're drunk or old. They didn't have the Breathalyzer in the car and had to take me back to the station.
Then they detained me for two hours trying to figure out how the Breathalyzer machine works.
They impounded my vehicle until Thursday which is the court date.
On the plus side, I wasn't drunk. :D And I got to work on time AND I now know what it...

that age old question i know... but lately its been getting confusing. I get crushes on girls, i have all seventeen years of my life. In fact the current crush that i have, i taped her during the musical our school had and only her when i should've been taping everyone. taking a break

im a 15 year old female.
so me and my boyfriend are taking a break after 9 months. he is one of those guys who knows exactly what he wants, and its me. he always says how he want us to get married, have kids, and all of that. and me being 15(he is 15 also) am not ready to decided who im going to marry and stuff. im ready to have fun! but, he is really sweet and so nice but i needed a break and some time to catch up with my friends that i havent been hanging out with in awhile. so now he keeps saying how he wants to get back together and it hasnt been a week yet and it is driving me crazy. i dont know what to do. he keeps acting like we are still together. and freaks out with i told him that "i dont like anyone yet." so now ...
