I am in high school too and I can totally relate. If you don't get something in class, go in before or after school and have the teacher explain it in a one-on-one situation. Also, with the homework, try to do it right when you get home so you don't forget to do it and you also get it out of the way. The information learned in school would be fresh in your mind. This is my strategies (sp) and they help me so I hope they help youu.

coming from a girl who had something similar to that, all you can do is when you start to feel overwelmed or stressed you need to go in and talk to your teachers they can provide helpful hints or just help tutor you. They won't know how you feel until you talk to them. If the teachers start to see that you are stuggling maybe they will start to review things more, (plus in h.s it's not all that bad) also if you have a book you can talk your book home and try teaching yourself. That is how i did a lot of my learning, it's hard i know, but you can get through it, you just have to try and not give up... and yes ask for help, it doesn't mean anythings wrong with you or your stupid, it just means that you have a different way of learning than everyone else.
