ok by looking at that picture can you tell me what kind of prom dress i should get and the color.
and what color of makeup to use
and what kinda shoes.

i think you should go with a pink dress because you have nice skin and pink *for me* is a way to show off skin.
for shoes i would get pink heels to match and top it off with a really long pink and white necklace.
p.s. curly hair would make you look soooo fine!

I think with your dark hair you should go with a green or blue dress. And just try on different styles of dresses to see what you like best and what looks best on you; every dress is different.
If you aren't tall, wear heels, if you are then you can still wear them unless you don't want to then I suggest getting a long dress down to the floor and wear flip flops (most comfortable on a night like that.. it's what I'm doing for prom).
As for makeup, stay classy. Less is more in this case. But do make your eyes pop with a light eyeshadow, liner and mascara.
