Fake internet page only on my computer(not for a prank)

My brother has a rare disease that was caused by dieting and no doctor was able to cure it.When I learnt that cancer patients who were given something they thuoght would help them recover, that was not really a medicine actually helped them.I made up this fake medicine and he didn't think it would work but he never suspected that it was not real.Please help me find a software that enables me to create a fake web page that exists only on our computer.

im 16/f. i used to be a cheerleader a long time ago. i realized that was one of the only things to make me happy and i want to start doing it again, but i have no flexability and i'm pretty out of shape. what are some things i can do to get back into shape before basketball or football cheerleading tryouts? thanks in advance =]

I have to do a Buy-A-Car Project. I have to find a car loan and also include the ad/flyer referring to the loan. I have no idea where to find one. I searched online but every site just made me complete some type of form. Please help! :]

i dont know how to get this boy i really like, i have been checking him out for a good min, i heard he liked me once but i didnt at the time and now i do.. but the thing is theres like no way for me to ask him out i have "NEVER" asked a boy out befor. and i dont want him to say no and hurt me; and idk what to do about it. and im like suppppppppeerrrr crazyy over him

X-bf and Pot?

My x bf smoked pot, and I didn't know about it until about 2 months into the relationship (which is why I broke up with him). Anyway me being the kind of person who can't stand up for themselves and him being the definition of asshole, smoked right in front of me with his friend. When they came back from the room they were in I could still smell it and I think I may have been high for like a second or two? Or at least getting there... everything got so weird and all that happened was him walking by me, so I stepped outside because I didn't want to get involved. I just want to make sure this couldn't have hurt me in any way? I wouldn't ever do it but I got scared that it seemed to work so fast just from him walking by me.

13/f~my bff got high at school and she didnt notice~on an inhailent~she was forced abused with drugs till her mom went to rehab by smoking,shots of sumthin,alcohal,INHAILENTS~at school i mean she couldnt walk and was very clumsy and dizzy and like 'out of it'~is it bad i no its just inhailents but is it bad~she says its not but im just not sure~i mean she was kinda messed up~is it bad

13/f~sum say i am sum say im not~i not sure if im depressed or goth or watever~i can never eat~but i am a unique girl brunette on the head blonde at heart~but im always either sad or mad always staring or staring at the ground exept for when im with either of my bffs an abused girl who in 2nd grade got drugs forced by her mom and lived on the streets for a week cause she mom got high and left her and a unique guy that we now love eachother~most of my clothes are black~i love rock and rap~i always wear a choker necklace~and im just confused im always mad or deppressed i guess~i cant see a phyciatrist im just confused.
