how do i get rid of these scab things in my head?i only have like 1 idk what it is what shampoo should i use?

I would just leave it be. Use a gentle, cleansing shampoo and don't pick at it. Avoid brushing over it because it might rip it off.

Scabs in your head is not really a big deal i had a few in my past I suggest you use a grease called sculfur it is a good choice for scabs in the head also use herbal essance shampoo

I have the same thing actually- It's jsut cause by winter dryness and all that fun stuff.
I've been using Head and Shoulder's-Dry Scalp and its working really well
