hi guys! well, it's really cold outside where i live and i don't have a pass to any kind of work out place or gymn or whatever but i would really like to get some good cardio fat burning excercises while still being stuck in the house! any ideas? thanks, guys!

this morning i got my period. for the first time ever. i noticed i was bleeding in the shower, and then i put a tampon in and only two hours later it was completely covered in blood. but the second tampon had only a tiny bit, and i kept it in there for 4 hours. now its 9 and i did not get any blood. is this normal period behavior? are they usually heavy in the morning, or are they supposed to be even throughout the day?

ok so i really really want to get my belly button pierced but i'm kinda worried that it might hurt..a lot. i don't do well with pain. also does it matter if your stomach is flat or has a little flab?

Okay, so I'm 15 and I'm only 5'3 I'm like the 5th shortest kid in my grade. Some kids who are in lower grades than me are taller! I drink milk like 3 times a day and I sleep like crazy and yet I'm still short- how can I get tall?

So recently, I told my sister that I'm gay (her and I are really close) and she promises to keep it a secret. She just got out of a relationship with this guy(let's call him X). I recently found out that X is bi so we started being friends and now were secretly dating. When my sister found out that we were dating, she completely flipped out because since I'm gay I should follow the girl rule: "Girls don't date other Girls' exes" and told me that if I don't end things with him now, she's going to tell my parents that I'm gay. There's this guy I like that I've known for a long time. However, he was pretty mean to me, with the teasing and stuff. Most of our conversations included insulting eachother over MSN (I blocked him later haha). Eventually we stopped the insulting / talking (if you can count it as that) because we have our groups that we hang out with.
As of now, whenever he talks to me he's pretty nice, and always seems to want to see me at church stuff. However, I've talked to one of his close friends before about what kind of a girl he likes, and it always seems to have the point that he'll never like me (by who i am).
So yeah, what should I do?
