There's this guy I like that I've known for a long time. However, he was pretty mean to me, with the teasing and stuff. Most of our conversations included insulting eachother over MSN (I blocked him later haha). Eventually we stopped the insulting / talking (if you can count it as that) because we have our groups that we hang out with.
As of now, whenever he talks to me he's pretty nice, and always seems to want to see me at church stuff. However, I've talked to one of his close friends before about what kind of a girl he likes, and it always seems to have the point that he'll never like me (by who i am).
So yeah, what should I do?

He or she may think she knows but obviously he is at least a little interested since he wants to see you at church things and talking to you and stuff. Whatever the insulting things were that he has said to you must have gotten back to his friend and maybe they got the wrong idea from it. But I think you should continue talking to him and befriending him. Forget what his friend said, and go for it! You should never fear rejection from a guy because the ones that would reject you probably aren't even worth the trouble in the first place! good luck!
