horrible friend

I really don't feel like explaining the reasons why my friend is a horrible friend and I don't like her. All I want to know is: How do I stop being her friend? SHe's never done anything like obviously mean like curse me out or something, its just other little bitchy things that has been going on all year. The bad part is, i carpool with her to CCD and school every morning, so if I start to act like that it will be awkward. So, what's a way I can hint to her that I don't want to be friends anymore, without saying it straight forward? Gosh, sometimes I just want to scream out right at her face she's a horrible friend. Russian Foreign Policy

I have a semester-long research assignment (broken up into a few assignments) on foreign policy; I've chosen Russia. My next assignment deals with:
a) political system, b) foreign ministry,
c) military, d) intelligence, e) national security policies, etc..
It's a heavy load, and I have a deadline coming up.
If anyone is familiar with Russian politics (both domestic and international), foreign policy,etc...:
Can you please suggest some sources on any of the above points? Or maybe if you have any comments or suggestions, that would be great! Thank you

I was best friends with a girl who started getting on my nerves and she bossed me around, it got worse one day i school we got into a fist fight never talked again we hate eachother now. I tell her im better off and i have more friends. we have many classes together one. In one of them we have to do a group project of 3 and no more. I use to really really like this one guy and three months after I get over him he decides to pursue me. (idiot) So my feelings for him come back and we went on a date and we're suppose to go out again this weekend. But there's some problems....
1. my feeling for him aren't as strong
2. I'm always busy so it's hard to amke time for dates
3. because of # 2, I don't really want a boyfriend because I wouldn't give him the time and attention he deserves.
4. He probably wants a girlfriend...me specifically

My dog is a Shih Tzu [a small dog] and since he's small, he's more open to getting sick and such so we have to watch what he give him since animal clinic fees are monstrous. Well, my mom bought Toasted Oats [From Full Circle Organic or something like that] and it has less than 1 gram of sugar in it. The question is are oatmeal thing bad for Shih Tzus? Is it fine for us to give my dog the cereal?

I'm fourteen, female, and I've never done anything majorly bad in my life. My biggest mistake was probably insulting an idea a teacher had that got me yelled at by her, honestly. My parents used to trust me with anything, and it was great because I'm very responsible. But latley, I've grown up even more and they decided not to trust me at all. I've always had guy friends but they've never minded, and all of the sudden they're totally against my best friend as well. They keep me from seeing any of them, and when I ask why, they tell me to 'deal with it.'
I'm not sure what to do. I've tried countless times and ways to talk to them about what happened with the trust, but they simply don't answer with a reasonable statement. Please help, I want my life back. <3
