is blowdrying your hair better or worse than straightning it? i take showers every other day and i blowdry it, so it keeps it nice and straight which works. i don't know if i'm damaging my hair though. am i? is blowdrying your hair bad for it? thankss.!

im 13 and weight 220 pounds and i dont like it!Its all in my stomach and im fat!! Im thinking i can just drink water and get full on that but cant u get sick by doing that, i dont want to eat i only want to eat a VERY lil but not nothing.. so if i drink alot of water and like a slice of bread for breackfast and a lil lunch and dinner would i lose weighted also exersizing

reation to steriod use

i started using a injected style steriod and i put the shot in my butt.Dont know if i got to much air in the needle or not but my tell is very swollen and i cant even sit down and it has been 3 days.Should i be concerned and will it go away.

for my poms tryouts, the kick line song is some song by red hot chili peppers. but the girl teaching it to us forgot the title. i know it is like impossible for any of you to tell me what that song is, but im pretty sure its somewhat new (like probably their most recent album). anyone know of a song that is fast paced that would maybe match the tempo of a kickline? please just tell me any songs you think would work! thanks.

bloated

sometimes i feel like i get really bloated, and that sometimes after I eat, I get super bloated. Is there any way that I can help it? Because it hurts so much, and it's not as if I eat things that are unhealthy, because I usually like to eat salads and vegetables. So if one day I decide to have like a slice of pizza, I get really bloated and it takes a few days to go down, so is there anything I can do about this?

I told my mom I was going to see this movie with my boyfriend but really when over to his houe and......you know. Anyways, she, my dad, and my bro saw 300 the next day. Well, today my bro started talking about it and asked my fav. part. I said it was too bloody for me and that i didnt like it. he started talking about a rino and stuff so i just played like i knew what he was talking about. then, he asked me how it started out and i kinda paused and said i dont remember exactly, well of course, he pretty much knows that i didnt see it now. Ok Heres the story, i like this person from work, Jon G, i told Kayla that i
liked him and then on last Sunday natasha S, was like so i hear U like Jon G,
and i was like who told U, she wouldn't tell me, so on monday i went to Kayla
and asked her who she told cause i only told her and she was like i told no one,
Jon G was telling his sister that i liked him ( speculation) and she told
natasha S who told me i wanna know if he likes me back ( and he doesn't know
that i know that he knows that i like him ( make any sense) and i wannna know
ways of getting his e-mail address without me telling him i like him ( in a

This problem is dumb, I know - but I've been thinking about it. Today at the end of my last period class, maybe 10 minutes or so before the bell was going to ring, my class finished our work or whatever and were done with what we were going to do for the day. Usually our teacher lets us just get up out of our seats and talk to our friends. I don't know if she said this or not flat out to the class, but apparently she didn't want us to move around out of our seats today. CHI?

Okay...so heres the deal. I just got a CHI.. for 160 dollars. Now, it heats nice and all, and when I was trying it I tried turning it with little bit of my hair in it to see if it really could keep it like that, and it did make a little flippy-kinky thing.. However, I tried numerous times going over that section to straighten it out and it WOULD NOT straighten all the way! I thought this was one of the best straighteners ever? My hair is naturally wavy and I like it better straight, so it kind of bugs me that it couldn't even get out that small little flip. I don't want to return it though. Its not a defect because it heats up and everything.
I also have another question, the box says you can curl your hair with it? How do ...

I need help. I have depression and social anxiety. I have just came out of a foster home and am back with my mom. I'll just say that I won't see my dad for a while. I have to move and everything. I get to see my family when I move but I'll miss my friends here. This really isn't helping my depression. Please help me.

Okay, so on my right side of my body. I have had a serious pain there off and on for the past month or so. It's a sharp pain, that gets worse when I stretch, or am overly active.
