IM HUGE im 13 and weight 220 pounds and i dont like it!Its all in my stomach and im fat!! Im thinking i can just drink water and get full on that but cant u get sick by doing that, i dont want to eat i only want to eat a VERY lil but not nothing.. so if i drink alot of water and like a slice of bread for breackfast and a lil lunch and dinner would i lose weighted also exersizing

Try eating healthier. Don't stop eating less, just cut down on anything that is unhealthy. In order to lose weight, you should eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a few small snacks (about a handful ) in between. Try eating lots of fruits and veggie's. For breakfast, you could eat a healthy cereal (like special K or cheerios) with non-fat milk, then for a snack you could have something like a small bowl of grapes. Don't drink any soda, just non-fat milk and plenty of water. Don't eat anything fried. You said that you wanted to eat very little, but not nothing... why don't you try eating strawberries, grapes, oranges, apples, or bananas for one or two snacks, and something like broccoli, celery, salad with non-fat dressing, carrots, etc. Don't starve yourself. Also, make sure you exercise. Make a routine of walking everyday. Do crunches, and sit-ups, and if you can, go swimming and do laps around the pool. If you keep doing these things, and don't give up, I'm sure you'll reach your goal. Make a plan for yourself, and stick to it. Set up a monthly goal (write down what exercises you're going to do each day and set up meals and snacks you could eat). Post it in your room as a reminder. I hope this helps and good luck!

aw. I would make like a chart of what you need to eat like for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And try to not eat anything with a lot of calories. Then maybe like everyday right when you get back from school or something run in your backyard maybe a MILE or 2. (recommend a spedometer or something to keep track). Running helps everything and its the best excersie you can get. What my friend ususally does is she does like 1,000 sit ups/curl ups a day. I know it sounds bizzare but its totally worth it. Try it out :)

umm just eat three avarage sized meals a day. make sure they are HEALTHY. water is really good for loosing weight. like.... 8 glasses a day. okay i suggest doing a sport or something. that will help you alot. and since you said your big, the weight should come off relatively fast if you eat healthy and work out. towards the ends its ganna get harder because that the hardest to loose (the weight at the end) but just keep working out and stuff.
okay heres some ideas:
-run (for like as long as you can then start to increase remember to stretch before you do it tho)
-sit ups. work like a charm. i did 100 a day and it worked AWSOME. if you cant do that much start with a number more comftorable with you.
-crunches
join the ymca. that would be awsome because they have so much stuff.
go to google and type how to loose weight. sooo many links will pop up.

its best to eat as much as you do now... cause once you start feeding your body less, it will start to store food, cause it knows it wont be getting as much. just try to eat healthier, not less, and even lil snacks in between, like strawberries, something healthy. and work out too!.. stop drinking pop, or cut down on it, drink milk too!.. if you need anything else, just ask, im all about staying in shape and stuff.. lol!<33
