i need advice

I want to reduce my weight in 8 or 12 months. now my weight is 73 kg and my height 5'2. i think my ideal weight is 50-60 kg. so i have to reduce 20 kg. i decided to do stationary biking for 1 hr and walking for 1/2 hr. i love cycling, how long should i do that to reduce that much weight. will stationary bike really help me in this? please help me..

I'm a boy ,16, she's 17 and a grade higher.
I've known her since 2010, and we had a lot of things in common (like a love of manga and anime), and I knew immediately that I wanted to be her friend. Around the end of 2010, I started having feelings for her (NOT sexual), and they've steadily gotten stronger. We eat (during the school year) together at lunch, but don't get to hang out outside of school or school activities.
Even though we don't get to spend much time together, I treasure each moment, and try to make time. I can't get her out of my head, it's a bit scary. Could I possibly be pregnant?

My last LMP was April 29th 2013 and ended may 1st 2013. Had unprotected sex the 7th an the 14th when is the appropriate time to take a pregnancy test? My expected period is the 29th I believe. I have irregular periods so it's hard for me to keep track. Can someone answer me? I'm having lower back pain, fatigue, bloating, some twinging in my lower abdominals, feels like my underwear are always wet, has some pinkish brownish discharge on the 16th only when I wiped. Achy legs, hips, and thighs. Haven't had any PMS cramps whatsoever.

So I am a 19 year old female, and my cousin is and 18 year male. We haven't seen each other for like 3 years and we've both grown up quite a lot. My dad and I went to my aunts house for a party, and everyone was drinking. My aunt and my dad and their boyfriend and girlfriend went to a couple of other peoples houses to say hi and have a few drinks. So my cousin and I thought we need to catch up to their level, and we've never drank together before. I am a female, 19 years old and I have a male cousin who is 18 years old. My cousin asked me if I have a boyfriend and I told him no and then he asked if I have ever had a boyfriend. I found this a little odd but I think that's just because him and I have never really talked about that sort of thing before and we haven't seen each other in like 3 years. Is this weird at all?

me and my sister are 3 1/2 years apart. she's sixteen. we used to get along a little until she was 11. I always try to talk to her but she tells me not to touch her and leave her alone. I can't talk to her about anything and the only time she wants to talk to me is when she wants me to keek with her and take a picture with her so she can act like we're the best sisters. we always fight about really stupid stuff and when my mom isn't here and were with our grandparents my nana always takes her side so if we fight ill get in trouble and get grounded and nothing will happen to her. she always gets her way and they never pay attention to me. Hello! I am 14 years old, and a few weeks ago i met a really cute girl (my age) and i asked her for her number and she gave it to me. we talked for a few weeks and we got really close and i told her she was really pretty and she thought i was cute. i asked her one day if we could dance and then somehow, we ended up talking about kissing after dancing. Two days ago she told me she liked me, and i told her i liked her too but we didnt date. Recently, she cancelled dancing and hanging out. I'm not really sure what happened but i'm really confused. I feel really bad, as if it'S my fault because she wont talk to me now and i feel like i must have crossed the line somewhere but im not sure where. I've been nothing but nice to her. Question about subs

I use to own a 2002 Ford Taurus and I had a sub put into it. I am not sure the details of the sub I just know a guy that works on cars and he just ordered me one and I paid. It is a Kenwood, it hit pretty decent in my Taurus not super hard but a decent amount.
Now I got rid of my Taurus for a Camry since my Taurus was going down the drain. It is a 2008 Camry and the same sub was put into it. This time though the Sub doesn't seem to hit as loud, the guy that i had do it said," I tweaked it a little because the converter I put in this time had weird settings and if I cranked it up any higher it got all distorted and sounded like crap."

Hi! I am going to a school trip overnight this week on friday, I can't wait to go!
I wonder and wanted to know of what should I bring?
The bus is going to be very cold.
I might get on water rides or just rides. So any clothes of what should I bring? and etc.
Should I bring snacks like chips, candy and etc..?
It's going from 5:30am to 12:00am

15/f I am a virgin and before I went to the gyno a few weeks ago I made sure I shaved but then later on I got a bump near my vjj and it hurt and it felt like a ball of puss or something like it wasn't a little in grown hair and touched it and put a little pressure on it and it popped and blood came out, this happened twice and now its swollen and it hurts when I walk. how can I make this go down completely? any at how remedies? maybe it got infected or something I don't know I haven't gone in chlorine or anything like that. thanks

My boyfriend and I have been going out for about 4 months now. For the most part, our relationship is going well. There is one problem, though. Whenever we're standing next to each other, even if we're in school in front of our teachers, he'll lean over and wrap his arms really tightly around my chest. It always makes me feel super uncomfortable, especially because every time I have to lift his arms over my head to get him off of me.
