jhdfkjdfh! Erg! So theres this boy, and i'm like crazy about him. I have been for 3 years, and its like, he wants me only when he knows he cant have me. Like for example, my best friend started to like him. He didnt like her, and he wanted me, because i promised her I wouldnt like him. He kept telling me he lieked me and flirting non stop. Like if we were at a party or something, Hed come up and dance with only me, and talk to me, no other girls. But after she got over him, I started to hang out with him alot, and really start to like him. When i told him i liked him, everything started to get different. Weight problems in general

I'm a teenager who has always struggled severely with her weight. I'm 5'2" and I'm usually between 165 and 170 pounds. I have been up to 183 previously though. I just started a new exercise program where I do 20 mins on the elliptical trainer and I go on the treadmill for 40 mins (i run 1/4 a mile and walk 1/4 a mile alternating it until it adds up to 2 milds) and it says that i burned 563 calories the last time I did it. I do this 4 days a week (i have dance classes the other 3 days)
I gained 5 pounds recently and I can't tell if it's from PMS or just because I'm fat.
So how do I tell if it's from PMS or not?
Also- i'm CONSTANTLY hungry. i'm a vegeterian so i'm not going to ...

Importing a Video to iTunes

I got the free "Thnks fr th Mmrs" music video download from the falloutboyrock site, and I dowloaded the iTunes version. The thing is I can't get the video into my library. I've tried "Open with... iTunes", "File > Impport", it just didn't work. Nothing happened. Its an MPEG4 file. Help?

is it a really bad idea for my first time with a guy to be casual sex? i'm really hot for him and i'm pretty sure he is for me, but i already know that he doesn't want a relationship (and anyway, it probably wouldn't work out - we don't seem to be able to establish that intimate verbal communication). he's really gentle and sweet, and it's not like we're completely distant or anything - we're friends and he does seem to have some tender feelings for me. but still - we're not in love and he has conveyed to me that he doesn't have feelings for me (he was extremely vague though). my other friend says that casual sex feels really empty, but maybe that's just if you don't know or care about that person at all? i feel like if i weren't a virgin ...

I have dated the same guy now for like 4 years on and off. He was my first kiss, my first everything. We would date other people in between, but not for long and we would go back to each other everytime. We couldn't keep away from each other for more than a year. We were really immature about it, but we really loved each other.
We recently broke up. Shame...I know. Well then he started talking to one of my good friends. When I found out I started crying. I couldn't believe how shady that was. But then they started to come out of the dark and flirted and talked and texted in front of me! It was like I wasn't even there! It killed me.
I really do love him and I really love my friend so how in the hell could they do this to me!...

okay..
so my birthday was last friday and i had a couple friends spend the night...and this guy that ive been talking to for two years, kyle, came to surprise me at one oclock in the morning with his friend alex... now ive been talking to kyle for two years.. but this was the first time we've actually met in person cause he lives 2 hours away...anyways it went pretty well or so i think... they stayed till 4.... and when he got home... he texted me

eating healthier

ok so im trying to be a healthier person - not necessarily trying to lose weight but i wouldnt mind slimming down some. anyway im trying to follow the food pyramid (or maybe thats not a good way to go?). i havent been so strict about it because it seems like i dont eat enough meals to get in all the types of food im supposed to... i would eat more spaced out meals but on weekdays i cant. i leave for school at 7 so i eat at about 6:30, my lunch is at about 11, and i have practice after school and dont get home till around 5, and dinner is usually around 6 or 6:30.
so, for a typical days meal, is this good? sorry if its a lot to ask but if you happen to know a good meal plan for a typical day that would be great.
