just kick it around for a half hour, put on some music and play to a beat, thats always helped me.
Physical:
a good soccer player can run one hour, non-stop. thats inane, but true. you can run a mile 3 times a day, that should help (or start smaller if desired.) sprints, idk if you have like a public field by you or what, but i do know 18/30s work wonders, sprint down the field in 18 seconds and jog back in 30. repeat as needed
dont forget your core, do sit ups until you're satisfied. and your for throw ins or if your going to be a goalie, do push ups.

Push yourself, if you dont push yourself you will not be able to keep up.
