Run like crazy. Also watching other people play soccer gives you a mental image of what you need to do. Also the more you touch the ball the more muscle memory you get and it will definitely improve your game.

Fact: good soccer players touch a ball 2000 times a day.

Skills:
just kick it around for a half hour, put on some music and play to a beat, thats always helped me.

Physical:
a good soccer player can run one hour, non-stop. thats inane, but true. you can run a mile 3 times a day, that should help (or start smaller if desired.) sprints, idk if you have like a public field by you or what, but i do know 18/30s work wonders, sprint down the field in 18 seconds and jog back in 30. repeat as needed

dont forget your core, do sit ups until you're satisfied. and your for throw ins or if your going to be a goalie, do push ups.

In All:
Push yourself, if you dont push yourself you will not be able to keep up.

one of my favorite quotes:
"futball is an incinerator, if you cant take the heat get out and stop embarrasing the rest of us."
