k. i tan a lot. especially now for prom, but my armpits are really white. what would help that, the stand up bed?? i really like laying down, but what could i do to tan under my arms??

i need a way to get rid of upper leg fat???
and is there a way to make your tummy flat but keep your boobs the size they are??? cuz i want a flat sexy tummy but i don't want a flat chest with it. but if that impossible then I'll lose the boobs (laugh out loud) i just want a flat tummy if you have any way to do that plz tell:)
plz help me i don't want to look like a fatty over the summer=(

There was this song from the late 90s that I loved. I could have sworn that it was by Barenaked Ladies or someone like them. It was about love and something about diving off a cliff and swimming in the ocean.

Please someone help me.. I have been dating this girl for 9 months and 14 days today.. We have been doing really good lately.. But she is one of those girls who wants to talk to me CONSTANTLY and believe me i like it.. But sometimes it can be to much.. She gets mad at me when i want to go anywhere with my friends.. But the other day i told her she was to attached.. And i didnt mean it i was just mad because of how she kept getting mad.. But now i feel horrible because i have hurt her in the past.. And i love her more than anything in this world and i hate myself for hurting her.. Can someone please tell me how to appoligize to her and make it better. I have stretch marks on my inner thighs. I today just bought vitamin E gels and opened them and put them on my marks. Some one gave that advice to some one else so i tried it. I didnt see a difference yet but if someone could tell me when they will start to fade that would be very helpful. I also want to loose weight. Does any body no any good work outs. I have an exercise ball but i am unsure how to use it.
I also would like to know what to eat and what will help me keep the weight off.

My best friend hasn't been herself lately. She has recently been keeping a bit more to herself and has an angry tone towards her friends. She still flirts with guys a little bit which in my opinion is great.
About a month and a half ago she broke up with her boyfriend. They had been going out for about a year and a half. She says she has somewhat moved on but I honestly don't believe her---some days she will tell me she still likes him or will get jealous of other girls. I understand that she is hurt. She is a strong, confident person so seeing her this way really hurts. She tells me almost everything, at least that's what I thought.
A couple days ago I accidently caught her crying in the bathroom. Noone else...

okay i am super shy. i am almost sixteen and i cant seem to get a boyfriend for nothing. i just dont really know how to approch a guy. like not neccessarily a guy i know but how do i approch a guy if i am like out of state and just want to hook up and hang out. like what is a good line to start with if you are just meeting someone. help would be great.
