getting my brother up for school

k, im in 9th grade and i have to wake my 8 year old brother up for school and he never gets up when i tell him to. what can i do to make him get up the first or atleast the second time i tell him too?

get him an alarm
be strict and make a consquence
if he dont care
pour water
or wake him up bang on a pot
or just gently
put some music on
15mins
before he wakesup so he is half awake.

Make him a hot drink and put it by his bed too.
