i need a way to get rid of upper leg fat???

and is there a way to make your tummy flat but keep your boobs the size they are??? cuz i want a flat sexy tummy but i don't want a flat chest with it. but if that impossible then I'll lose the boobs (laugh out loud) i just want a flat tummy if you have any way to do that plz tell:)


plz help me i don't want to look like a fatty over the summer=(

Do crunches for your tummy and leg lifts for your legs. Also remember to do cardio exercise because that's the only way to burn substantial calories and fat.

First off, you're not big, so let's get that out of the way.

Second, start running. That's the only way to tone your legs. As for your stomach, do crunches. But, just know that you can't change just one thing about yourself without something else being affected.

Other tips:
- Don't exercise/eat before bed.
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
- And 4 glasses of milk a day.
- Exercise for 20 minutes everyday.
- Do not eat anything unhealthy.
- So that means no junk food, no sweets, & no sodas.

It might be hard, but in order to stay completely healthy, that's what you gotta do. And don't stop once you see results or else you'll just gain all your weight back. And don't be discouraged if you gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat.
