my friend emily is totally in love with this guy named... matt. matt is like the epitome of american hottness, with tan skin, blue jeans, blond hair and blue eyes. she is infatutated with him, and has sent him valentines and everything, BUT has not asked him out yet. i am getting sick of hearing sighing and giggling over him from emily, especially since i like love him too, but only for a shorter time than hera nd i haven't sent any valentines or anything, considering itz april now. emily doesnt know that i like matt too, and i dont want her to get all freaked out at me. not to be mean either, but i so think that he would be so more likely to go out w/ me and not her, but i am so afraid of asking him out since emily is one of my best friendz.

spring break makeover.

its spring break and i want to come back with a make over. im talking like look wise. i dont want to dye my hair or anything because im in love with it. =] haha. but just like... anything look wise. im going to go get my eyebrows waxed and thinking maybe about going to a tanning bed. any other ideas =] ? thankss so much!

my best friendm, who i'll call... carly, is about the bestest friend i have ever had since 2nd grade. the problem is, carly has this new friend (shez not a new student) named janis. janis is horrible. she acts very conceited when she hangs w/ me and my cliquey friendz. i act conceited around them too, but i do it playfully and not totally seriously like i do. carly is always hanging out with janis and i can't stand it. i tried opening up, but all she does is fill in my spot like it wouldnt matter if i wasnt even there. it gets me really mad, and i control it. recently, janis guessed to carly that i didnt like her and carly told janis everything that i'm saying now (which i told her). now janis knows that i hate her and gets all up in my fac...

hey. i have a first generation iPod nano & i was wondering if there was a way to put music videos on it without linux. like i heard that linux TOTALLY changes your ipod.

A while ago, one of my best guy friends told me something in total confidence, and told me not to tell anyone about it. But then at a sleepover, my friends asked if anyone had any secrets that they wanted to just get out in the open. I said I did, so I told them what my guy friend said. Now, I feel like the worst person alive...they swore that they'd never tell anyone, but what if it accidentilly slips out?? I'm scared that no one will ever trust me again. What can I do?

how am i to know if i am obsessed with a guy. i mean i really do care about him and i know he cares a lot about me. i think about him all the time and write in my diary about him every day. he makes me so happy and yet i know he may never like me. i know that he loves me as a friend but he already turned me down once. now it seems to be different. but i really dont know how to approach him about it. i prefer not to tell him that i like him again. i told him that i stopped liking him and now i like him again. what should i do?

When I get my period...and I use the bathroom...or take a shower...I notice these...weird, bloody...plasma-things....in the shape of little balls......on my pad/or in the shower/bathroom. They're like clots....and when I have my period...and am sitting down, I sometimes feel them come. Is it normal?

Long hair: washing it too much?

I have VERY long hair. And my hair's like really thick and healthy. Lately, I've been washing it too much. And now I worry that it will like all fall out. I've been noticing that it's getting thinner and thinner. But sometimes, however, it's normal. I wash my hair like every 2-3 days...and sometimes, when I put gunk in my hair, or come out of the pool, I was it every day. I don't know what to do. My hair gets greasy VERY quickly. And I mean like every 2-1 days. And it's gross just walking around like that (since my hair is always down). This causes me to wash it so often. Now I'm worried that all of my beautiful hair will either wear out, or fall out...or something bad will happen. ;_; advice please? :'(

getting rid of bf's present

stupid question but i had a bf and he gave me this singing toy for valentines day.
i dumped him, and now i hate him and i never see him anymore (he moved). well whenever i look at the toy it reminds me of him. i really wanna get rid of it, but i dont wanna throw it away cause he spent his money on it, and i cant give it back to him cause i lost contact with him, and i cant give it to any of my friends cause i told them what he got me.
oh ya and i am not going to be in any relationship soon so i will not give it to my future bf. (anyways its ugly as hell and i hated it when i got it)
lol any ideas on what to do with it?

I feel stupid

I always feel like I bring everyone down. Or like after I talk to people I feel stupid, like why did i say that... And then I feel unconfortable when I'm around those people... I just feel stupid everytime I open my mouth... Is it lack of confidence? I don't know. Sometimes I just stay shut or sit in a corner by myself, so that I won't feel this way afterwards. What can I do to change this?
And please don't say to stop caring what others think, cause that's obvious.

Perfect isnt always pretty

Everytime I look really "nice/good/pretty/stylish/glamorous" my friends always spot something on me. Like a little bit of smudged eye liner, or peanut-butter breath, messy hair, lipgloss not on the lips, or make-up prob. Its just so annoying. I hate it. I wish they would just compliment me. but they always find something. So I try to look good but then they always are so mean. I always feel bad after they told me that and embarassed. Its like they never have something to say nice to me. what should i do about this?
