period help

Question Posted Tuesday April 3 2007, 2:13 pm

When I get my period...and I use the bathroom...or take a shower...I notice these...weird, bloody...plasma-things....in the shape of little balls......on my pad/or in the shower/bathroom. They're like clots....and when I have my period...and am sitting down, I sometimes feel them come. Is it normal?

You are completly normal. Everyone gets them. If it bothers you, or makes you uncomfortable, then think about using tampons. You won't feel them with tampons. Don't worry though, its normal. :]

hey

oh yeah. it's totally normal. it's like when you blow your nose & you have like a glob of mucus, right? & after you feel it come out there's like a huuuuge mess. you dont feel them come out when you have a tampon. but you use pads. so you would feel them.

totally normal. no worries.

Yes it's normal. Period is just the shedding of the uterus walls. The blood comes because of the rupturing of the blood vessels and the clots are the actual lining of the walls. So it's normal.
