guinea pig fun

hey i don't really have that many toys that my guinea
pigs like, but what are some household items i can use
to get them going? when i take them out, they just sit
there.. and sometimes they fall asleep! one is kinda
fat... i want to get her moving. advice? thanks!

I know a lot of people out here have problems and probably a lot worst than this. But I guess im in search for someone who maybe has been through this.. and knows exactly what Im feeling. I met this boy 2 years ago and we've been friends since and we became very close since summer and we've been hanging out alot and we pretty much became bestfriends. He got a girlfriend and didnt tell me about it til i confronted him about 2 weeks after and he admitted to having feelings for me and thats why he didnt tell me so i was honest and told him i liked him too. well nothing happened and he`s still with her and this was in the beginning of feb. and im still upset and cry over this.. i dont understand

well.. i wanna cut my hair but try to keep it in a medium length because my hair is down my back. i have layers and i still want layers. how does V-shaped layers would look like?? what else would look like? pictures please.

um. okay well i used to be friends with these four
girls & this one guy & we were like best friends &
we had a group name.
& the guy left us cause one of the four girls had
a crush on him & he started hating all of us.
so like we screwed him. but then, the other four
girls started hanging out... without me & made a
new stupid group name which is even more homo
than the first one...
i am friends with two of the girls, but the other two
are just plain weird now. like i don't want to talk
to them. should i ask the two girls what's going on

first time summer camp?

i know a lot of people go to sleepaway summer camps for like the entire summer and just love it. well i have never been to one and i definitely dont think i would want to go all summer. but i really want a way to get out there and meet new people, make more friends and have fun. are there any sleep away camps like this that only go for a short period of time? like maybe a week or 2? i want to go but i am kind of shy at first and im not too good at talking to new people, so i think i would try to convince a friend of mine to go with me. do you think it would be a good idea? and any other suggestions, thanks

Losing weight

I am a 19 year old female trying to lose 20 pounds. I am pretty set on healthy eating plans, and I do 4-6 days of 40 min cardio a week (usually elliptical with a mix of bike, or running sometimes) but i want to incorporate weight training into this. I don't want to bulk up, I just want to have slight toning and less "jiggle." Would 3 days of lower body and 2 days of abs/upper body be a good plan? Suggestions are needed!
