Ok, I like this question so I'm going to answer. Sorry if it's long:
You have to make sure you're completely comfortable with the idea of giving him head or a blow job before you do it....especially a blow job because it's not the easiest thing in the world. You are very young, so I'm not quite sure if you're ready for it.
As for HOW to give a blowjob/hand job...there are certain basics but mostly it depends on what that particular guy enjoys. The best thing to do is to ask him what he likes...he'll tell you if he wants it done right.
As for the fingering...don't worry about not being skinny. If he likes you as much as you seem to like him, he already knows what you look like and he doesn't care and likes you just the way you are.
