i want to work at the hilander down the road from my house and i was wonder would they hire me i thinki have seen kids my age working thier but not sure and if they will hire me how do i get a recomendation to work thier thanx in advanced ------ o and happpy easter

You should walk in and ask if you could speak to the manager for a moment. Ask them if they hire people your age, tell them why you wanted to work there and see what happens. You could also mention that while it would be a first job for you that you are a fast learner.
Employers are far more likely to give a kid or anyone a chance at a job when that person goes to talk to them face to face. This is what I recommend you do and ask them about hiring. They'll tell you what they require etc.
Even if they do not hire you they might remember your name for later on. I cannot say if they will hire a 15-year-old for usre but your best bet is to just walk in and ask the anager on duty these questions.
Believe me, it gets you a lot further than anyone else who dropped off a resume or e-mailed it in. It shows you put thought into this and wanting to be with their company.
