15/f. i'm going out to breakfast tomorrow and i need to know what would be something healthy to order? would something like scrambelled eggs with wheat toast be healthy? and normally it comes with hash browns which i know are really unhealthy. so what is something i can substitute for the hash browns to take away the temptation of eathing them? thanks!

i dont know what i should do about my friend. when my friend sees me talking to my other friend she gets all mad and shes like you have better friends then that why do you hang with HER?
and this one time i was going to tell my friend (the one who gets talked bad about) all about it but i just said never mind.
Was that a bad thing to do, not tell her?

my b/f told me he loved me and i didnt say it back because all my friends were there and i wasnt 100% sure if i was in love with him.my best friend started making jokes about him and laughing about him saying why on earth is he in love with you and to think you would love him back.then she asked me do i love him?i said i didnt and i just laughed it off.but i would have said i do but i wasnt sure if i was and to be honest i was a bit scared to say i was because i am so young and because of what my friends would say.but now i am 100% sure i am madly in love with my b/f and im ready to tell the world.but i cant contact my boyfriend because his phone is broke and we cant meet up.im afraid that because we cant be ringing and sending messages to ...

Prom Shoes

My Junior prom is this Saturday. I have my dress and shoes and jewelry and everything and I thought everything was good until I ran into this problem:
I was wearing my shoes last night to break them in and get used to walking in them and there's this one spot on my toe that one of the straps rubs up against. I was only walking in them for about 10 minutes before it started hurting so I HAVE to do something about it.
I was thinking about putting one of those round band-aids on there, but I don't want to look down and see two band-aids on my toes all night. Is there any other, more discrete way to cover that small area that will stay on the whole night?

lateley, (ever since spring break,2weeks ago) ive been feeling just really bad my stomch hrts all the time (and its not cramps and its not because of my period,im not on it, it just hurts)
and ive been really depressed and sad
and i only have 2 friends 1 who is really weird and i dont like that much,the other is my best friend
and im really shy/quiet and everyone hates me already because of 1 girl tells everyone bad things about me and makes them hate me just because she doesnt like me, and i have no friends in my home room class (ther are 4 homeroom classes) and i just feel like crap,and like no1 cares about me and my parents aren't making it any better.
and im fat and ugly.

okay, II'm thinking about buying some trimspa ...I have a few questions about it....there are thirty pills in the box and it says four diet pills a day is recommened, the three is the miminum. So, that's about ten days worth if I take three a day. Now, in those ten days, will I lose weight/?????????//
I'm thinking about taking the diet pills about eleven days before my prom...the 28th... Will the weight loss show by then?
Has anyone taken this diet pill? Does it work? Please help me....
