breakfast

Question Posted Monday April 9 2007, 8:11 pm

15/f. i'm going out to breakfast tomorrow and i need to know what would be something healthy to order? would something like scrambelled eggs with wheat toast be healthy? and normally it comes with hash browns which i know are really unhealthy. so what is something i can substitute for the hash browns to take away the temptation of eathing them? thanks!

Try a brocolli omlette. Eat maybe half or 3/4 of it though. Have a glass of fat free milk, and wheat toast sounds good. Instead of hashbrowns, ask for applesauce- which a lot of places have, or look at the menu.

dont eat too much though! hope i helped
