Dork answered Tuesday April 10 2007, 1:18 am: well i'm a guy and when i get hickeys i don't bring any attention to them. if people mention them i just brush it off. if they keep heckling me about it, i just use the 'at least i'm getting some' card. my girlfriend really wanted one though because she had never had one. i think that was just an i-want-to-experience-everything-at-least-once kind of thing though. basically, i don't see anybody going around bragging about them, but yeah i think it's kind of a territory thing too. I know that some girls are proud when they get hickeys..
You see...
Some boys, give Hickeys to their girlfriends so that other boys wont mess with them. Which is understandable, yet stupid.
Some girls, give boys hickeys the same reaosn why boys give girls hickeys.
AMYGWENDOLiNExO answered Monday April 9 2007, 8:46 pm: I'm sure it really depends on the guy for sure. I know that whenever I tried to give my first boyfriend hickeys he didn't want them, because he didn't want people to think low of him or anything. Which is COMPLETELY understandable. Some guys want hickeys to show off the fact that there's a girl whose interested in them. I know when I get hickeys I don't run around flaunting it. [I'm a girl!] I actually try and hide it because it gets embarrassing when people notice it. So, yeah! [ AMYGWENDOLiNExO's advice column | Ask AMYGWENDOLiNExO A Question ]
