My Mom is killing me

I dont know what to do. My mother is literally draining me. It's like everyday its a new arguement, and it's always her starting it. She over reacts, she yells at me for nothing, she accuses me of things, she just makes me feel like such a terrible person. I understand when Im wrong, and I usually try to leave her alone and not bother anyone, but it doesnt matter! I always end up crying at the end of the night. I cant concentrate, I cant handle it. Im verbally abused all the time. It's hurt me in so many ways. I've become meaner, because I try to defend myself. I dont like the nasty words that come out of my mouth, but they just do now. My grades have slipped all the way and Im barely not failing. I want to have a mother/daughter relationsh...

okay so there is this girl in our school and her dad recentley got a good job. it's not a great job though. she thinks she can afford anything and she told everybody that her mustang 2007 was over $100,000 dollars. NOT true. it isn't fully loaded and it has no special features. can that possibly be true???????? next she all told us she bought this dress for $400 dollars. no one believes her though because it's pretty plain and not that cute. she is crazy.

I am 13/f and theres this guy who always flirts with me. We have classes together, and we sit together at lunch(assigned seating). He's always smiling at me, and teasing me, but in a good way. And we always joke with each other, but we don't have serious conversations alot, and if we do.. it's when we're alone.He always laughs at my jokes though, and sticks up for me when other guys are being mean to me.Some people think theres a connection, but other's think its just flirting. He's not really the boyfriend type of guy, but i'm not really one of the girlfriend type of girls, so i need to know.. should i ask him out? or is this just a flirt relationship?

BROKEN KODAK CAMERA =(

Okay, so my Kodak EasyShare Digital camera has been broken for months, and I have never gotten around to getting it fixed. The troubleshooting guides on the Kodak website have let me know that I cannot fix it on my own, and I need to send it away to be professionally fixed. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THIS!!! Should I mail it to the Kodak people? I don't think that I have the reciepts anymore- I got the camera in the beginning-middle of December. I ask because I'm going on a cruice in June, and I reallyyy want my camera for then! (duh) I will be absolutely heartbroken if I don't. Can someone please help me!?!?!! THANKS!! ♥

alrighttt. SO. =]
right now i would say im somewhat pretty. prettier then most girls in my school, but not the prettiest which annoys me because like. im what almost 14 and never had a boyfriend but girls who are much uglier and dont have personalities do. (i have one. and im not trying to sound conceited cause im not=] )
i want to do somewhat of a makeover during the summer. like right now im really starting to come out of my shell more because that happens alot when it starts to get hott out. anyways. im trying to do a makeover during summer.
this is what i want to do:
-grow my hair longer.
-get REALLY tan. so that it will last a little longer.
-get in better shape. like tone up.

okay so theres this guy named luke that i wasnt friends with until a couple weeks ago.i reaaaaallllllly like him.he is madd hott,a really good dancer,and absolutly hilarious.he gives me piggyback rides and we fool around all the time.bit i have a few problems.one of my best friends likes him-and liked him before i did.there was a long story to go with it but basically she asked him out and he sed no,so no shes hurt.but he didnt mean to hurt her.but no he has a new gf,which brings me to my next problem.shes a stupid whore who broke my friends heart by cheating on him...and im pretty sure guys only date her because shes easy,well thats what they tell me.after they break up he would prolly go out with me but what about my friend?oh and theres ...

Im so confused. I love my boyfriend. And he told me he still loves me. But i got so fed up, because he doesnt have time with me anymore, but just for his job. he promices me he would tell me everything, but then i just lost it, and i told him hes extreme annoying. He then said he understands. And never wrote back. i told him im sorry, i told him i still love him. He told me in that letter that he still will love me, but he understands that i can have another one. I have tried writing to him. he wont answer because hes buissy with work. I dont know his phone number. How can i get him back through e-mail? Please dont tell me by telling him my feelings. He will just think im a corny little girl, who cant live without her bf. Please help. I am loosing it soon.

so me and this. Ive already asked this question before about asking him out. I still havent done it. But he hasnt called me or texted me in about four days and im begining to feel lefted out.Like is there something going on??I know theres no any other girls cause he barley talks to girls, and im the only sexy hot female in his life lol, but I guess it hurts when he dosnt call or text me, or dosnt reply...but last night i did send him one message and he called me "boo" (how cute) but it didnt cheer me up. okay my best friend sara has been going out with this guy josh and theyve been dating for a year and a half.they are so cute together and make like the perfect couple.but they get into fights alot and its about stupid little things but they still get really annoying..anyway..i was talking to sara one day and she said that she may have a crush on this guy matt..but the thing is..matt is her ex boyfriend from like 2 years ago..and shes going out with josh!

im going to high school next year and i want a laptop for my school assignment cause my dad said they slow down our home computer.
I love art alot. so i want Photo shop, but i dont know what types there are or how much they cost. and if they work on laptops.

this weekend my parents and i are getting me a laptop..a MACBOOK to be specific..and i REALLY want one...im also paying for most of it..you know parents teach me responsibilties and wut not...so im reall excited..and during the summer i wanna use it because when i go away i wont be able to have my computer..and laptops are always good. so i cant wait.
then today my frend said to wait till fall becasue there cuming out with a new one with a beter program.. and i new this but im too anxious...i mean i had to wait since christmas and it even took ym parents and me a while to figure out wut KKIND to get..mac or PC and i made my choice...but now im scared....i WANT IT so badly..and all my frends say theres works just fine without...

does anyone know anything i could do to make my thighs look thinner? i'm not fat but theres just that little like jiggle when i walk kind of and i want my thighs to be slimmer. working out and running just builds muscle and i do not want my legs to be muscly cause that won't change the size .. it just makes them harder. ive tried eating less.. but that just made my top half sooo skinny and i look pretty unproportioned right now. i need like exersices or ANYYTHING to make them smaller without adding mass from muscle. thanks in advancee! <3

okay i moved to a new town last year; and i was nervous about starting a new school but i made a good group of friends quickley. well we got in a very big fight and that all ended.; anyways there was this boy, Dave, well he is always very very sweet to me. but hes not exactly popular. i mean this sounds horrible but i think it would make more people make fun of me. i dont know if i can handle more of that in this school. so do i go for the kid who treats me really really nicely. or ignore him because he is a loser to everyone else? he doesnt have many friends but he is somewhat close with my old friends. i feel bad if i say no and please if your gonna tell me to not listen to what other people say could you give me some ...
