how long should i keep my braids in and how can i maintain it so when i take them out it wont hurt like hell thank for the help

well sleep with them on first,if it hurts after 2 nights take them out,if they don't hurt keep them in for 2 weeks!trust me,it works!i braid my hair every 2 weeks,i know how it feels!

I would keep them in like two days or so. And if you're not used to them, then they ARE going to hurt when your taking them out. Except, when i took mine out before i like undid them a little then cut them so it just came right out.
