okay well im comftorable with my stomach and stuff but recently ive become uncomftorable with my thighs and of course its fat which i really wanna lose fast! i don;t know what workouts or what pleaseee help!

singing and playing advice (jack johnson mentioned) strum pa

(i am only using jack johnson as an example)
okay so i like to play the guitar (acoustic and electric) love to play looads of jack johnson, but!... i can sing JJ's song Taylor all the way through perfectly and playing at the same time. but i can also his other song Sitting Waiting Wishing all the way through but cant sing it all for shit as i can never seem to keep in time i try metronomes if that how you spell it (metro gnomes? lol) and still no luck so ime thinking can i only sing along with simple strum patterns or am i missing somthing??? please help if can or any good sites that you have come across that explain this sorta thing

I used to be friends with this girl for a couple of years. But then me and her got in a huge fight. So now we dont talk to each other anymore. I found out that shes not a real friend, shes just a fake one. The problem is that shes in my english, and science class and I sit right next to her. She's at my lunch and I dont sit with her no more. It's really hard to ignore her. Thats what all my friends have been telling me to do. Its just hard. Ok so I had these friends and i always knew that they were lets just say not my type of friends, but I stayed with them anyway just because i didn't want them to start doing their retarded "emo" act. cause supposedly there emo but we won't get into that. What I'm saying is i made the mistake of telling the trutht to them instead of lying to cover my ass and i told them how i feel about stuff and now @ mi high school noone who's in my classes will talk to me so you could say I have no friends! how can i be accepted??

ok, i like this guy, lets call him Jim. and he likes my friend Cal, and she likes him back. My friend Connor told Jim this,"You know Abby[me] likes you." and Jim is like ya, i know. but i didnt know that he knew. Jim called me pretty and stuff but i dont know what to do bc now he knows that i like him, and now i cant talk to him. i see him all the time in the hall, after school for track, and at open gym every tuesday. So its really awkward bc now i just cant even talk to him as a friend. i dont know what to do. please help. SHould i talk to him? but if i do, hes not the kind of guy who is mushy and stuff so idk if thatll work. i know he doesnt want to go out with me, well, i dont know but i probably can guess. so what should i do? sorry its kinda long

my one friend, shes like so much fun to talk to on the phone or online. and we basically are alot alike. but i switched schools. we still live in the same town and by eachother though. but like, ive just realized things..

i love my husband with all thats in me, and i know he loves me the same. i have a toriffic marriage to a great man, he is my best friend and whats good we comfide in eachother about any and everythings. this is my question: would he love me less or get tried of me because i don't want to go to his mother house with him sometimes?

allright, my friend likes this kid, lets call him bob? allright, well she sits next to him in science and she likes him. She told me she did a wheil ago, but then she told me a couple months later that she didnt. I was afriad to get close to him because i was afriad that he was going to start liking me. I don't really need to loose weight, just get into shape. Flatten the tummy, that sorta thing.
I want a flatter stomach, but I can't do a crunch because I have back problems. What are some exercises I can do to get it flatter?
