Jump Rope

Can Jump Roping help you with being able to run longer? And is this a good excercise?

Yes ;) It can. Like Texico Mexico, Double Dutch, The Worm etc. are fun to do with friends.
If you're not familiar with Texico Mexico, here's how it goes:
"Texico, Mexico
Over the hills Mexico
Where they do the splits - splits
And high heel kicks - kicks
And turn around - 'round
And touch the ground - ground
Get outta town - town
And get back in - in"
And then you start over except faster. Anyway, yeah. You're working with your legs just the same as running.

Of course! You are building up the muscle in your legs and it is so good for you! Jump roping gets your heart pumping so you can get more air into your blood stream faster! Well I hope this helps. Good Luck!

yess! jump rope helps you build up stamina because you have to be able to jump for a long time. it also helps your legs get stronger
