bycicle: lay on your back and move one elbow to the opposite knee. then move the other elbow to your other knee. repeat that around 20 times.
Plank: lay flat on your stomache, and lift yourself up as if you were going to do a push up. but don't go back down, keep yourself up for 20-30 seconds. Trust me, You will feel a burn.
Volleyball2150 answered Wednesday May 16 2007, 7:01 pm: some exercises without doing crunches for stomachs are-
lay down on back, hold onto something heavy so you won't squirm around (chair, table ect.) then lift both of your legs off the ground so your body is at a 90 degrees angle. then slowly rest them down to the floor. do about 25 and repeat 5 times.
another one is lay in a sit-up position, then come up as if you were doing sit ups, and make 1 hand touch your foot. ex- left arm touches left foot... right arm touches left foot.
