okay well im comftorable with my stomach and stuff but recently ive become uncomftorable with my thighs and of course its fat which i really wanna lose fast! i don;t know what workouts or what pleaseee help!
peebles7 answered Wednesday May 16 2007, 7:19 pm: RUN RUN RUN, i swear, you will see such an improvement in your legs if you run. Also, biking helps thighs, and so does wall sits, lunges, squats, skipping, sprints, running up stairs, running hills.
