bikini season...help okay well im comftorable with my stomach and stuff but recently ive become uncomftorable with my thighs and of course its fat which i really wanna lose fast! i don;t know what workouts or what pleaseee help!

Also eat right along with the answer below me. Like, cut back way way way on snacks and such. Eat <i>good</i>. There's no such thing as losing weight super fast, but studies show you can lose weight faster if you eat right and exersise rather than just one.
Oh, and don't just work muscles, also try aerobic exercises like tae-bo or stretches. ]
RUN RUN RUN, i swear, you will see such an improvement in your legs if you run. Also, biking helps thighs, and so does wall sits, lunges, squats, skipping, sprints, running up stairs, running hills.
