latly i have been eating so much food... every second of the day i will think im hungry when im oviously not. i dont know what to do, i have noticed that i'v put on weight...
how do i stop eating so much before i put on to much weight and cant get it off... cos look in the mirror and think i look so fat..(just my mummy & thighs) i weigh 55kg and my height is 157cm if that helps
also how can i make my tummy flat again

I'm 16/f, my best friend is 16/m. I feel like when he hugs me now, it's like he doesn't want to or something. Like he's the one who goes in for the hug, but when he hugs me it's quick and like, I feel like it's not all there..if anyone knows what I mean? I used to feel like he wanted to hug me, like the hug felt right. I'm not sure how to state it exactly, but when a hug doesn't feel right anymore..does that mean something?

i bought this new game THE LORD OF THE REINGS THE BATTLE FO MIDDLE EARTH TWO EXPANSION PACK THE RISE OF THE WITCH KING but eveytime i try to install it it says "YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF BATTLE FOR MIDDLE-EARTH(TM)2 INSTALLED TO PLAY HIS GAME INSTALLATION WILL NOW EXIT" any ideas on what to do?

Double Trouble

Ok, recently a friend of mine introduced me to some other friends of hers. They are twins, and they are guys. I immedeately fell really hard for one of them, but after talking to the other one, I think I like him too. They are both really into music. One of the plays football and is "hotter" than the other, and the other one plays the guitar, and he's just really adorable. They are both funny and really sweet. And I guess I'm just confused on that. I mean, I just met them on Tuesday, I believe it was. Is it possible to fall this hard for someone I just met? And am I a horrible person for liking them both? 'Cause I feel like it.

ook well I'm 13/f first off. I've just got out of a bad experience with a guy who i thought was sweet and adorable but turned out to be a total asshole. (excuse the language) but anyway; I've had my eye on this guy who sells skates at the ice rink i go to every Friday night. well hes really sweet. i mean i have had a normal conversation with him before because hes into the same style as me. but one problem is that he older. not like dramatically older though. maybe for or five years tops. i mean its not that bad right? i mean my aunt and uncle are 10 years apart!! but i don't think age really matters unless its like sickly different. but yeah so anyway, how is a way i can start a conversation? he has a really nice smile and he knows i thin...

I just got a new ipod and i have a lot of songs in my itunes library from my old ipod. i want to put those songs on my new one. but i heard if i plug my new one in, it will erase all my songs. this is a used ipod off ebay if that means anything. so...#1, is that true, and #2 how can i keep this from happening?

ok so i have naturally curly frizzy hair. but not like pretty curls its just random curls and its frizzy. no matter what i do, no matter what gel i use to make it better it works for about 4hours and then goes POOF. how do i get those loose waves you see in the magazines. im desperate i'll try almost anything

The whole school is going on a field trip to this lesiure place called Holiday Hill. I was planning on wearing my new bikini but my parents won't let me. I'm not going to be the odd-one-out wearing a 1pc or tankini. I was planning on wearing it or changing into it there but is there because of this, but how can I talk to my parents about this? Well the season of summer is almost here, and I have a slight problem. Due to the fact that I'm currently on medication that has weight gain as a side effect, I am now rather pudgy around the edges. I'm working to lose the weight, but in the meantime.. Does anyone have any suggestions for outfits that won't make me look like the Michelin man this summer? Any fabrics or whatever I should be looking for, swimsuit ideas, etc... Thanks ^_^

Gained a lot of weight due to medication

I've always been in the healthy range for weight, not crazy skinny but not large. A year or two ago, I was put on medication, since then I have gained weight like mad. I haven't changed my exercise routine or diet really ( I eat healthy food (except a random chocolate bar ever so often XD) and I exercise on a regular basis)but I've gained 20 or 30 pounds in that time. So, the thing is I'm getting off said medication soon and I really want to lose those extra pounds, I'm rather self conscious about them. It doesn't have to be a fast transformation, as long as the weight stays off and it's not going to make me get sick or something. Any advice on how to lose the weight, meal ideas, specific exercises, yada yada yada... All help...
