working in a chinese restaurant

over the summer i got a job to work in a chinese restaurant and what i ahve to do is answer the phone and take the orders and i know i'm going to have some trouble because i get nervous easily.. any tips?

Ok well I'm just so super senstive and will cry at anything whihc i hate because if i'm mad at someone i would cry with all that hicupping and stuff and I can't stop even if i calm down.
When people joke around and say liek you smell and stuff i get sad too
recently i've been really sad and would talk about my problem to my friends but thye won't do anything.
Like I can tell that they really feel bad and care about it but they're not good like cheering people up and stuff it's like 'ugh..what do i say to cheer her up..'
I don't know why i even typed this up any suggestions would do =(

iPod won't update music

Hey advice givers, how's life? :P
I have this problem with my mom's iPod, and I need to fix it, she said she'd get me 10 songs if I figured it out by googling something etc. So when I open iTunes, I go to the folder her music is in. She bought some new music and asked me to update it, so I did. I went to the library and copied the music into her folder. When I plug in her iPod it takes me to this COMPAQ Owner's disc folder that only appears when I update songs. Either on a CD, or iPod etc. On the iPod screen it says DO NOT DISCONNECT, which is normal. Then it takes me to this place where you can either hit Summary, Music, Podcasts, Photos, or Contacts. I hit music, and everything was working fine. But then it asked me if I wanted to ...

i hope this doesnt sound confusing...
lets just say ive been going out with someone for a little while now, because she asked me out the night after she found out her boyfriend was cheating on her.
she and i dated a little bit before she went out with the guy who cheated on her, and she broke up with me because she said it felt a bit weird going out with me because weve known each other for so long.
Now, we're going out again, but i have trouble keeping a conversation going... I dont know what it is about her, it's just that there's something about her that makes me have to think very hard before saying something... it's weird, I know, but she's just so quiet sometimes and it's like you never kn...

I am 23 and female. I dated a guy for 5 years and I found out that he cheated on me. Now I want to say that the cheating was a lot. It was around 10 girls. He slept with 5 of them, and the one was my best friend. Now with that said I also want to say that we were young when we dated, and he wasn't even 21 yet. Does Sports Bras Cause Saggyness?

I heard from a few people that by wearing sports bras it cause boobs to lose their shape and sag. Does anyone know for sure if this is true or not. And if you know someone that wears sports bra and they don't have shape, would wearing underwire help support it and maybe gain the shape back if they weren't wearing a bra? thanks!

Sometimes I feel like I'm lost in a downward spiral and nothing can pull me out. But I shouldn't feel that way! I don't know what's wrong! I have an amazing boyfriend, my parents get along, I'm being treated for depression, anorexia, and alcoholism, and things are supposed to be getting better.
